What is LeVooya ?
LeVooya is a simple way to buy and sell any overseas products from anywhere to everywhere.

If you're traveling around the world:
You can earn extra money by bringing back overseas products or fulfilling shoppers' requests. Every trip is an opportunity to monetize extra luggage space.

If you’re shopping for overseas products:
You can request any overseas products or buy the products travelers posted. Shop the world at your fingertips, whenever, wherever.
In which cities does LeVooya operate?
LeVooya is currently available in Taiwan only (supporting requests originating from Taiwan). More cities to be added in the near future.

What are the delivery methods?
Shipping method is for shopper to decide.

LeVooya recommends using the following shipping methods: convenient store pick-up& drop-off, home delivery.
When setting total price, it is recommended to include shipping cost, reward to the traveler, and service fee on top of product cost itself.

*LeVooya will NOT be charging service fee during soft launch period.

When will I receive my order?
Levooya requires traveler to ship out the package within 3 - 7 days after returning to home country. Shopper can track your order in [ Order Management].
Shopper can decide whether traveler's return date meets their expectation.
*If Traveler fails to ship your package within 3 - 7 days after returning to home country, please contact Levooya for further assistance.
Where can I track my order?
You can track your order in [ Order Management], traveler will update order status here.
How do I contact the traveler?


You can leave a message in traveler's [ Product Post].

We highly recommend shopper to thoroughly specify your request and provide detailed information about the product or anything you would like the traveler to know in the [ Specification] box, to prevent any miscommunication.

Should you encounter any unsolvable disputes, please contact LeVooya for further assistance.

Can I edit my request after submitting?
Request can NOT be modified after submitting. If you need to make changes, please delete the request and recreate a new one.

*Before any traveler accepts your request, you may cancel it.
However, once traveler accepts your request, you will not be able to cancel it.
Can I cancel my request?

No traveler has accepted my request, what now?
If your request fails to match any travelers within 30 days, the system will automatically terminate the request and return your prepayment to the original payment method used.

How to activate traveler mode and start selling/accepting requests?
To begin selling or picking up requests, you need to apply for merchant and activate traveler mode.
1. Click [ Become Traveler] in [ Profile Page]
2. Checking bank account information for 2~3 working days.
3. Click [ Travel] in [ Profile]
4. Enter your travel itenerary

How to browse around shoppers' requests?
You may browse around shoppers' requests in tab two [ Requests].
About accepting requests.
LeVooya urges traveler to carefully read through product specification (e.g. model, size, color etc.) when accpeting a request to avoid wrong purchase.
How should I set the total price of a product?
When setting total price, it is recommended to include shipping cost, reward to the traveler, and service fee of on top of the product cost itself.

1. Bank transaction fee charge:
$ of single item * 1.95%
i.e. Product A is priced at $500, the transction fee charged by the bank is $500 * 1.95%=$10

2. How to calculate selling price :
i.e. You bought $1000 [ Product B],in LeVooya we suggest you to price:
* [ Product B]'s price + service fee + bank transaction fee charge + shipping + [ How much you wnat to earn]
=1000 + 0 + 20 + 60 + 500
=1580 元

*LeVooya will NOT be charging service fee during soft launch period.
How to update order status?
Update order status accordingly in [ Order Management].
It is recommended to do so promptly to keep shopper updated.
How do I contact the shopper?

1. You can reponse shopper's question in your own [ Product Post].
2. After the package has accepted, you can iMessage shopper.

We highly recommend traveler to thoroughly specify your product posts and provide detailed information about the product or anything you would like the shopper to know in the [ Content], to prevent any miscommunication.

Can shopper cancel request?
Before any traveler accepts the purchase request, shopper can cancel it. Once traveler accepts the request, it cannot be cancelled.
The basics of shipping service

Levooya requires travelers to ship out the package within 3 - 7 days after returning to home country and update order status subsequently by clicking [ Product Shipped] in [ Order Management].

*LeVooya recommends traveler to ship out packages domestically, we do not encourage international shipping nor face-to-face delivery.
When will I receive the payment once package is shipped out?
Once shopper receives the product and clicks on [ Confirm Delivery] , LeVooya will proceed to transfer the payment to traveler's account. LeVooya will still release the payment to the traveler even if shopper fails to confirm on delivery after the 7-day period.

*You can transfer the payment anytime within 7 days by clicking [ Payout Information] -> [ Withdraw] in [ Setting]
I am not able to fulfill the request accetped, what now?
If you are unable to fulfill the request, you may cancel the order by choosing the condition encountered (e.g., items cannot be found, out of stock, quantity available do not match quantitty requested etc.)

Is there a transaction limit on LeVooya?
According to Taiwan National Taxation Bureau, to avoid tax related issues, LeVooya recommends traveler's monthly transaction fee not to surpass NT$ 80,000.

Is there a service fee using LeVooya platform?
1. Service fee includes LeVooya transaction fee and Bank transaction fee.
2. LeVooya will NOT be charging service fee during soft launch period.
3. Bank transaction fee charge=$ of single item * 1.95%

i.e. Product A is priced at $500, the transction fee charged by the bank is $500 * 1.95%=$10
Payment methods accepted by LeVooya?
LeVooya accepts [ Credit card / VISA debit card] payment, any refund will be ruturned to the original payment method you used to make the purchase.
What are the currencies use on LeVooya?
All transactions within LeVooya will be in New Taiwan Dollar currency. More currencies to be added in the near future.
Why do I have to prepay the full amount?
In order to protect both parties, shopper will need to prepay the full amount when submitting a request, the payment will be temporarily held at a third party payment platform.

*The payment will only be transferred to the traveler after shopper receives the package.
Disputes / Refunds / Returns
What if the traveler purchases the wrong item?
If traveler purchases the wrong item, shopper reserves the right to reject the package.
Please contact LeVooya to assist in such matter. LeVooya will subsequently cancel the transaction and have the shopper's deposit returned.
The wrongly-purchased item is then returned to the traveler, without any monetary reimbursement.
What if the traveler purchases a counterfeit item?
Accorinding to LeVooya Terms & Conidtions, users agree that all products sold on LeVooya platform are authentic. An authenticity claim must be submitted by shopper to LeVooya within 7 days of delivery, LeVooya will not be able to assist once the payment is transferred to the traveler.

As LeVooya is not the expertise in ascertaining the authenticity of products, shoppers will need to provide a qualified 3rd-party assessment (e.g. authorized seller) along with their authenticity claim.

LeVooya will handle each case individually.If the product is proven to be a counterfeit, Levooya will refund the shopper in full amount.
The item will be returned to the traveler, and LeVooya will lower the traveler's credibility rating on the app as a penalty. Their account will be terminated permanently if such disputes occur regularly.
The traveler has returend but I have not receive my pacakge, what should I do?
If the traveler fails to ship out the package within 3 - 7business days after returning to home country, please contact LeVooya for further assitence.
Where will my refund go?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same method used to make your purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
LeVooya will begin handling your order within 3 business days after receiving your refund request.

*Once the refund has been approved, you should expect the refund to the original payment method used within 10 to 14 business days, depending on your bank.
